* Coverage is for 2 years from date of scanner purchase
* Onsite service, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
* 4 Hr response time if within 100 miles of a service city
* Next Business Day response if greater than 100 miles
* 1 Preventative Maintenance call per year
